Providing individual and family therapy
Therapy is a space to slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself.
In our work together, I hope to offer a space where you can safely explore challenges, understand patterns, and uncover new ways of relating to yourself and others. I believe that healing happens through connection, reflection, and small, meaningful shifts that create lasting change.

Welcome
With over ten years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they work through anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma, including intergenerational trauma. I support clients in exploring relationship challenges, identity, and the many transitions and stressors that life can bring. I also have extensive experience supporting families, and in my current practice, I work with parents who want to build stronger, more connected relationships with their children, while finding balance in daily routines, emotional regulation, and communication.
My approach is grounded in building connection, fostering resilience, and supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I bring a strong social justice lens to my work and approach each session with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to engage in therapy, and I deeply appreciate the trust clients place in me and the shared journey we create together.
When I am not working, I enjoy running, spending time with my daughter and Aussiedoodle, and cooking traditional recipes from my cultural backgrounds. I invite you to explore my website and if you would like to get started, you can book a consultation directly using the button below. I look forward to connecting with you!

People come to therapy for many different reasons — all of which are completely valid. It’s okay to feel unsure about where to start, especially if this is your first time in therapy. You’re not expected to have all the answers. Part of my role is to help you reflect on your needs and identify the areas of your life where support may be most helpful. It’s also common for our conversations to touch on many different topics over time. This process often reveals patterns and connections that can lead to greater self-awareness and understanding.
How I can help
Having a strong therapeutic relationship with your therapist is vital for the success of treatment and it is important to trust that they are the right person to help you process and work through personal issues. I offer free 15 minute consultations where you can get to know my practice better and ask any questions you may have!

You are worthy of your own deep acceptance and compassion. You are deserving of honoring your full humanity.
You are allowed to live into your full, whole self. You are already enough.
It is my belief that we are all inherently enough.
It is the work of a lifetime to remove all the beliefs, ideas, and stories that have ever caused us to believe otherwise.
It is sacred work. Necessary work. Humble work. Beautiful work.

As a settler and newcomer, I am grateful to have the opportunity to live and work on this land and recognize that I have the personal and professional responsibility to work towards Truth and Reconciliation.
